Not hearing from us?

It has happened that some have entered their information into our "Getting Started" webform and not been added to our list.

Most often, this happens because people have not gone to their inbox and looked for the confirmation email and clicked on the appropriate link.

Here is what to do:

Go to the inbox for the email that you signed up with and look for the email. (Sometimes the email is from TracySurveys, sometimes it is from Tracy Locke.)

Click on the subject line and pull up the email. Look in the body of the email and you will see a long "confirmation link".

Once you have done that, you will be on our mailing list, and you will be notified when we have a survey for you!

(If you can't find this email, please look in your Bulk or junk mail folders; if you still can't find it, you can sign up with a different email, or email me at admin@tracysurveys.com. I will delete you out of our data base and we can give it another go!)
